International Table Tennis Tournament Lloret de Mar

1. Organisatie

Het toernooi wordt georganiseerd door de toernooicommissie van het International Table Tennis Tournament Lloret de Mar. De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om het reglement te wijzigen indien noodzakelijk voor veiligheid, sportiviteit of logistiek.

2. Deelnamevoorwaarden

• Deelname staat open voor alle recreatieve en competitieve spelers van 17 jaar en ouder.
• Inschrijving is pas definitief na betaling van het inschrijfgeld.
• Door deelname verklaart iedere speler akkoord te gaan met dit reglement.
• De organisatie kan spelers weigeren bij onsportief gedrag of overtreding van het reglement.

3. Speelwijze

• Alle wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de internationale regels van de ITTF.
• Speelvorm: Best-of-5 games (3 gewonnen games).
• Games worden gespeeld tot 11 punten, met minimaal 2 punten verschil.
• Servicewissel: om de 2 punten; bij 10–10 om en om.

4. Materiaal

• Er wordt gespeeld op ITTF-goedgekeurde wedstrijdtafels.
• Ballen: 40+ ABS wit, ITTF-approved.
• Spelers zijn verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen batje; deze moet voldoen aan ITTF-normen.

5. Wedstrijdschema

• Het volledige wedstrijdschema wordt uiterlijk 1 week voor aanvang gepubliceerd.
• De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om tijden, tafels of indelingen te wijzigen.
• Spelers dienen 10 minuten voor aanvang van hun wedstrijd aanwezig te zijn.

6. Arbitrage

• Wedstrijden worden geleid door een scheidsrechter of door de spelers zelf indien geen scheidsrechter beschikbaar is.
• Bij twijfel of conflict beslist de toernooileiding; deze beslissing is bindend.

7. Kledingvoorschriften

• Sportkleding is verplicht.
• Shirts moeten duidelijk contrasteren met de kleur van de bal; wit is niet toegestaan.
• Sportschoenen met niet-afgevende zolen zijn verplicht.

8. Fair Play

• Sportiviteit staat centraal.
• Onsportief gedrag kan leiden tot waarschuwingen, puntenaftrek of diskwalificatie.
• Alcoholgebruik vóór of tijdens wedstrijden is verboden.

9. Blessures en veiligheid

• Deelname is op eigen risico.
• De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor blessures, verlies of schade aan persoonlijke eigendommen.
• EHBO is aanwezig op de locatie.

10. Prijzen

Teamtoernooi (maandag t/m woensdag)

• Een team bestaat uit maximaal 3 spelers.
• Per wedstrijd mogen 2 spelers van het team spelen.
• De eventueel derde speler mag invallen voor het dubbel.
• Er worden 3 prijzen uitgereikt: 1e, 2e en 3e plaats.
• Slechts 2 spelers per team ontvangen een prijs, ongeacht of het team uit 2 of 3 spelers bestaat.

Individueel toernooi (donderdag en vrijdag)

• Er worden 2 prijzen uitgereikt: 1e en 2e plaats.
• Alleen de spelers die deze posities behalen komen in aanmerking voor een prijs.

11. Rangschikking bij gelijke stand

• Bij een gelijk aantal punten wordt de rangschikking bepaald op basis van het onderlinge resultaat.
• Bij een drievoudige gelijke stand kan de toernooileiding aanvullende criteria toepassen, zoals game- of puntenverschil.

12. Privacy & Media

• Door deelname geeft iedere speler toestemming voor het maken en publiceren van foto’s en video’s voor promotionele doeleinden.
• Wie dit niet wenst, dient dit vooraf schriftelijk te melden.

13. Overige bepalingen

• In gevallen waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de toernooileiding.
• De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om spelers of teams te verwijderen bij overtreding van het reglement.

International Table Tennis Tournament Lloret de Mar

1. Organisation

The tournament is organised by the committee of the International Table Tennis Tournament Lloret de Mar. The organisation reserves the right to modify these regulations if required for safety, fairness or logistics.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to recreational and competitive players aged 17 and above.
• Registration is final after payment of the entry fee.
• By participating, each player accepts these regulations.
• The organisation may refuse players for unsportsmanlike behaviour or violation of the rules.

3. Match Format

• ITTF rules apply to all matches.
• Best-of-5 games (first to 3 games).
• Games are played to 11 points, with at least a 2-point margin.
• Serve changes every 2 points; at 10–10, serves alternate.

4. Equipment

• Matches are played on ITTF-approved tables.
• Balls: 40+ ABS white, ITTF-approved.
• Players are responsible for their own racket, which must comply with ITTF standards.

5. Match Schedule

• The full match schedule will be published at least 1 week before the start of the tournament.
• The organisation reserves the right to change times, tables or groupings.
• Players must be present 10 minutes before the start of their match.

6. Officiating

• Matches are officiated by a referee or, if none is available, by the players themselves.
• In case of doubt or conflict, the tournament committee decides; its decision is final.

7. Clothing

• Sportswear is mandatory.
• Shirts must clearly contrast with the colour of the ball; white shirts are not allowed.
• Non-marking indoor sports shoes are required.

8. Fair Play

• Sportsmanship is essential.
• Unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in warnings, point deductions or disqualification.
• Alcohol consumption before or during matches is prohibited.

9. Safety

• Participation is at the player’s own risk.
• The organisation is not liable for injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings.
• First aid is available at the venue.

10. Prizes

Team Event (Monday to Wednesday)

• A team consists of a maximum of 3 players.
• Only 2 players per team may play in a match.
• The possible third player can step in for the doubles.
• Three prizes are awarded: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
• Only 2 players per team receive a prize, regardless of whether the team has 2 or 3 players.

Singles tournament (Thursday and Friday)

• Two prizes are awarded: 1st and 2nd place.
• Only the players finishing in these positions are eligible for a prize.

11. Tiebreak Rules

• In case of equal points, the head-to-head result determines the ranking.
• In a three-way tie, the tournament committee may use game or point difference as additional criteria.

12. Privacy & Media

• By participating, players grant permission for photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes.
• Players who do not wish this must notify the organisation in writing beforehand.

13. Other Provisions

• In all cases not covered by these regulations, the tournament committee decides.
• The organisation reserves the right to remove players or teams in case of rule violations.
